UPPSC PCS Eligibility 2023 is clearly specified in the official notification published by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission on 3rd March 2023. The UP Commission will conduct the Combined State / Upper Subordinate Services (PCS) Examination for various vacancies, including those for forest services. UPPSC Age Limit
The UPPSC age limit is one of the most important eligibility guidelines that need to be followed by every applicant. The UP PCS Exam (Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services) is counted among the most prestigious state-level examinations. A number of candidates are in line to appear for this exam as the Prelims is set to be conducted on 14th May 2023. It is advised that the candidates fill out the application form only after confirming the upper UPPSC age limit as per the latest notice released by the commission in 2023:

UPPSC has given certain prerequisites to claim the benefit of age relaxation or reservation, as given below:
- Candidate must have a Domicile of Uttar Pradesh.
- A candidate claiming a seat reservation must produce the category certificate from the competent authority.
- For women candidates, the caste/domicile certificate issued from the father’s side shall be considered valid.
- Candidates claiming reservation/age relaxation in multiple categories for the UPPSC PCS Exam shall be entitled to only one concession, whichever is more beneficial.
UPPSC PCS Educational Qualification

Educational Qualification for the UPPSC Assistant Conservator of Forest and Range Forest Officer exam:
A Bachelor’s degree in at least one of the subjects like Zoology, Botany, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, etc is required for the post of Assistant Conservator of Forest and Range Forest Officer. Candidates should therefore be careful enough while applying for any one of these posts.
UPPSC Physical Eligibility
The UP PCS exam is one of the state-level examinations that have various types of positions in the higher bureaucracy as well. As per the UPPSC eligibility, some of these posts also require the candidates to be physically fit and healthy. These are mostly field jobs such as the police departments.
The minimum physical measurements are required for various UPPSC posts like D.S.P, District Commandant Home Guard, Superintendent of Jail, Excise Inspector, Deputy Jailor, and other similar gazetted posts. Minimum Physical Standard For the Other Posts
There are certain other posts in the UPPSC exam such as the Assistant Conservator of Forest(ACF) and Range Forest Officer (RFO) that require physical guidelines to be met perfectly. Commission has given separate Minimum physical requirements for them, which are as given below:

UPPSC PCS Number of Attempts
No criterion has been mentioned in the notification related to the number of attempts for the UPPSC exam. Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criterion can apply for the exam without worrying about the number of attempts. However, candidates should note that they will only be able to appear for the exam until their maximum UPPSC age limit is reached.
