ensuring\u00a0<strong>tribal self-rule<\/strong>\u00a0for people living in scheduled areas of India.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The PESA conferred the<strong>\u00a0absolute powers to Gram Sabha,<\/strong>\u00a0whereas\u00a0<strong>state legislature has given an advisory role<\/strong>\u00a0to ensure the proper functioning of Panchayats and Gram Sabhas.\n<ul
