      Proclamation of President rule<\/strong>:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

      • Article 356<\/strong>\u00a0states that the\u00a0President\u2019s Rule\u00a0can be imposed on any state of India\u00a0on the grounds of the failure of the constitutional machinery.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
