along with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/lotusarise.com\/schedules-of-the-indian-constitution-upsc\/\">Fifth and Sixth Schedules<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/lotusarise.com\/upsc-notes\/constitution-of-india\/\">Constitution<\/a>\u00a0relating to\u00a0<strong>administration of the Scheduled Areas and Tribal Areas<\/strong>\u00a0and the provisions of the\u00a0<strong>Panchayats (Extension to the Scheduled Areas) Act, 1996\u00a0<\/strong>and the\u00a0<strong>Scheduled Tribes and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2006\u00a0<\/strong>or any other relevant statutory acts protecting the interests of tribals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under the Fifth Schedule, the Governor may by public notification, direct that any particular Act of Parliament or of the Legislature of the State,\u00a0<strong>shall or shall not apply to a Scheduled Area or any part thereof in the State.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thus, under Fifth Schedule,\u00a0<strong>transfer of tribal land to private parties for mining can be declared null and
