      Deputy Speaker in Lok Sabha:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

      • In Lok Sabha, the election of Deputy Speaker is governed by\u00a0Rule 8 of The Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha<\/strong>. According to the Rule, the\u00a0election \u201cshall be held on such date as the Speaker may fix\u201d,<\/strong>\u00a0and the Deputy Speaker is elected once a motion proposing his name is passed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
