        • Approval of\u00a0ordinances<\/strong>\u00a0and proclamation of all three types of\u00a0emergencies<\/strong>\u00a0by the President.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Selection of ministers,<\/strong>\u00a0including the Prime Minister.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
