M3 and M4 are known as broad money.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>These gradations are in decreasing order of liquidity.<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>M1 is most liquid and easiest for transactions<\/strong>&nbsp;whereas M4 is least liquid of all.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M3 is the most commonly used measure of money supply. It is also known as aggregate monetary resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>India\u2019s central bank, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI),&nbsp;<strong>employs various tools such as Open Market
