class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Study Webs of Active Learning for Young Aspiring Minds (SWAYAM),<\/strong>&nbsp;was launched on July 9, 2017 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development<strong>&nbsp;to provide one integrated platform and portal for online courses.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This covers all higher education subjects and skill sector courses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The objective is&nbsp;<strong>to ensure that every student in the country has access to the best quality higher&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/lotusarise.com\/national-education-policy-nep-2020-upsc\/\">education<\/a>&nbsp;at the affordable cost.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Academicians from hundreds of institutions throughout the country are involved in developing &amp; delivering&nbsp;<strong>Massive open online courses (MOOCs)<\/strong>&nbsp;through SWAYAM in almost all disciplines from senior schooling to Post Graduation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>SWAYAM Plus Platform<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aligned with\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/lotusarise.com\/national-education-policy-nep-2020-upsc\/\">NEP 2020<\/a>, SWAYAM Plus<\/strong>\u00a0now offers industry-relevant courses to boost employability, with features like multilingual content,\u00a0<strong>AI guidance<\/strong>, credit recognition, and pathways to<strong>&nbsp;employment<\/strong>, developed in collaboration with companies like L&#038;T, Microsoft, CISCO, and others.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>SWAYAM Plus<\/strong>\u00a0primarily<strong>&nbsp;focuses<\/strong>\u00a0on achieving the following:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Creating an&nbsp;<strong>ecosystem<\/strong>&nbsp;that supports professional and career development for learners, course providers, industry, academia, and strategic partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementing a system that acknowledges&nbsp;<strong>high-quality certifications<\/strong>&nbsp;and courses from top industry and academic partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reaching a broad learner base nationwide, especially in<strong>&nbsp;tier 2 and 3 towns<\/strong>&nbsp;and rural areas, by providing employment-focused courses in various disciplines with&nbsp;<strong>vernacular language<\/strong>&nbsp;resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"swayam-prabha\">SWAYAM Prabha<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It is an initiative of the&nbsp;<strong>Ministry of Human Resources Development<\/strong>&nbsp;to provide&nbsp;<strong>32 High Quality Educational Channels<\/strong>&nbsp;through DTH across the length and breadth of the country on 24X7 basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It has&nbsp;<strong>curriculum-based course content<\/strong>&nbsp;covering diverse disciplines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This is primarily&nbsp;<strong>aimed<\/strong>&nbsp;at making&nbsp;<strong>quality learning
